Expenses
Receipts to one PDF
Snap your paper receipts, drop the photos in, and get a single PDF for an expense report, reimbursement, or your records.
Steps
- Photograph each receipt flat, filling most of the frame. Long receipts can be shot in two parts.
- Open JPG to PDF and select all receipt photos at once.
- Drag them into date order.
- Use Fit so totals and dates at the edges are not cropped.
- Convert and save. Name the file something like expenses-2026-10.pdf.
Tips for readable receipts
- Thermal paper fades. Photograph receipts soon after you get them.
- Avoid flash glare on glossy paper; use window light.
- If your expense system limits file size, compress photos first with Compress JPG.
